Welcome back mate.

Do you have anything you could re use ? (case, hard drive etc)

What do you think of this?:

http://www.scan.co.uk/savedbasket/cf318a53624f422a9fd2351429883976

£749.63 INC delivery, ignore the total price you see in the link above, that includes Scansure (basically if you damage any component during installation you're covered) shouldn't need it but its there for piece of mind.

http://www.scan.co.uk/savedbasket/dc704eeb53d748adb1f64c6a1b82e77b

£699.54 INC Delivery

The differences in the second are, 120gb SSD VS 240GB, 1600MHZ RAM VS 1866MHZ (you probably won't notice a difference in real world usage )

£738 excluding delivery, ignore the total price you see in the link above, that includes Scansure (basically if you damage any component during installation your covered) shouldn't need it but its there for piece of mind.

If you do have a spare hard drive you could drop the 240gb ssd down to a 120gb one:
http://www.scan.co.uk/products/120gb-crucial-m500-25-sata-iii-6gb-s-slim-7mm-ssd-500mb-s-read-130mb-s-write-62k-iops (£40 saving)

basically my old pc is a pile of shit and its all like 6years out of date so pretty much everything new, ive been looking a the pre built machine on overclockers and pc specialist and tweaking the graphics card and memory and coming out at a good price! basically i wouldnt know how to build my own pc and tbh i dont trust myself to either i rather pay that little bit extra knowing its been done properly!

Not bad but I'd drop the i7 down to a i5 4670k, the graphics card is pretty crap tbh, i5+beefier graphics card is a much better option.

I'd also change the power supply to something better.

Have you got a link to that system? will see what I can get out of it for a similar price.
